In Germany, Apple has won a victory against alleged copycat Samsung as a court granted Apple a preliminary injunction against Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 on Tuesday. Apple claims that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 copied the iPad's design. The ruling applies immediately in Germany, but Apple could apply to have the injunction granted EU-wide.
