Jennifer Lopez back next season?

The American Idol executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe, told Ryan Seacrest’s radio audience that Jennifer Lopez will return as a judge on the next season of American Idol. But as Lythgoe noted, it isn’t official until the Fox network says it’s official.  The network has still “no comment” on the matter. Randy Jackson and Steve Tyler already had deals for the next season.  Thanx http://www.insidetv.ew.com/

Gangs are selling "Amy Winehouse Cocaine"

Gangs selling drugs in Brazil are putting pictures of late singer Amy Winehouse on bags of cocaine to improve sales.  The plastic bags carry a paper insert with pictures of the 27-year-old singer, who died at her London home last month. She was a drug addict. She is described as "Amy House" on the bags.
Police said that the bags of cocaine with Amy Winehouse's picture were selling for as little as $6 in Rio De Janeiro.  Thanx www.heraldsun.com.au

Apple takes on Samsung

In Germany, Apple has won a victory against alleged copycat Samsung as a court granted Apple a preliminary injunction against Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 on Tuesday. Apple claims that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 copied the iPad's design. The ruling applies immediately in Germany, but Apple could apply to have the injunction granted EU-wide.  This could seriously hampering Samsung's worldwide sales of the Honeycomb-powered device.  Thanx http://www.arstechnica.com/
